		<description>Excellent analysis of OT, the key to the success of OT has been their ability to keep control of the ownership of the customer. Restaurants using OT have contributed to the customer data that OT now has which has increased the value of OT as a company. The more customers OT captures the stronger they become and the more they can charge restaurants to use their system.

OT dominates this sector at this time, but their success and continued growth depends on finding new ways to monetize the customer base and OT monetizing customers at the expense of the restaurants who are at the end of the day OT&#039;s customers is what many restaurants resent.

Restaurant operators need to think very carefuly if the limited amount of revenue that OT ultimately delivers is worth the cost of handing over control of their customers.</description>
